  • How far in advance should I start pre-order/make-to-order of the products for my new development project?
    According to the steps involved in real estate development in New Zealand, it is generally advisable to contact us during the initial stages of house design, the earlier the better. This is because the design style of the house needs to be determined early on, including the selection of suitable kitchen and bathroom products. Once the design is finalized, you can begin making pre-orders or make-to-order. In some cases, there may be a need to pre-install or allocate space for certain products during construction, so at least 3-4 months in advance is expected.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and manual payment systems. The available options will be presented to you during the checkout process.
  • Is my personal information secure when using your website?

We have stringent privacy policies in place to safeguard your information.
  • Can I get a refund if I have changed my mind?
    We only offer full refunds for faulty, damaged products. However, we acknowledge that individuals may change their mind. In such cases, you are welcome to return the product within 5 days for a full store credit, excluding any shipping and handling expenses. To be eligible for the store credit, the product must be in "as new", unopened, and returned in its original packaging, along with all original accessories and manuals, some products may have anti-forgery seal should not be torn, otherwiase 20% restocking fee will be charged.
