Shipping Policy

Signature required shipping delivery is mandatory.  If you choose to waive this practice, you may not be able to apply for compensation for any product damages

You can opt for self-pickup or local delivery if such services are available in your area. we will notify you when the products are available for pickup or delivery, please present your ID or order number when you accept the products.

Please be noted that certain products exceed the maximum size or weight limit of the courier service, resulting in a displayed shipping fee of $9999, Please be aware that this is not the actual shipping fee. Please kindly contact us, and we will assist you in resolving this matter.

Some products may also have extended lead times. Please contact us to confirm before placing your order.

Damages Or Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the items and promptly notify us if there are any defects, brokens, damages, missing parts or if you have received an incorrect item. Your timely communication will allow us to assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

IMPORTANT! - All deliveries require a person present to unpack and inspect the delivery and sign for goods received confirming they are in good condition and free from breakages/damage.

 

We offer 5-day right of return on all goods purchased and must be unworn, unused and in re-saleable condition, with their original packaging and accessory parts in good conditions. Please make sure you bring your original invoice, and order number as well as the reason for returning the item, and you will be accountable for the shipping cost for the return. We have the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if the anti-forgery label on the returned product has been removed or torn.

We have all the right to not accept the return for pre-order, made-to-order, on sale/clearance/samples, customized products or the special gift for marketing promotion, also we don't accept the return because you simply 'change your mind' or the product was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be', or 'can not find someone to assemble or install'​

A quick and efficient way to obtain the desired item is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Since unboxed personal sanitry products may affect the health of others, the general return and exchange policy does not apply. Once the product is unboxed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
