Manufacturer Warranty for retail channel
Remark: If there is a discrepancy between the general warranty and the warranty defined on the product page, the warranty specified on the product page shall prevail.
Manufacturer Warranty for commercial projects
The warranty period for commercial and project products needs to be defined per the project requirements, it shall be approved by JOMOO groups. For the commercial and project products that have not been approved or the contract/agreement does not specify the warranty period, the default warranty period is two years.
